Missing options may affect how variants are matched.

Import blocked
A spreadsheet mistake should not become a storefront mistake.
A product CSV can be technically valid while still containing changes that deserve careful business review. As catalogs grow, subtle differences become harder to spot manually.
Zero inventory could make sellable items unavailable.
Changed handles may affect product URLs and existing links.
Blank images could remove expected catalog information.
Duplicate SKUs make inventory workflows less reliable.
Draft status may unintentionally hide active products.
Large price edits can disappear among routine spreadsheet updates.
Valid formatting does not guarantee correct business intent.
Understand the change, not just the difference.
ImportPeek turns difficult spreadsheet comparisons into reviewable decisions.

Four steps between a spreadsheet and Shopify.
Think of ImportPeek as a second pair of eyes for a bulk update. A CSV is the spreadsheet-style file used to move product information into Shopify. We compare two versions so you can review the changes before importing.
Export your current catalog
Export your current products from Shopify as a CSV. This is the baseline for comparison. Keep an untouched copy; ImportPeek is not a store backup or restore tool.
A reliable baselineAdd the proposed CSV
Choose the edited CSV you plan to import. Tell us whether it represents your complete catalog or only selected products, so missing rows are interpreted in context.
Local file validationReview every meaningful change
See the old value, new value, severity, and reason for each finding. Fix blocking errors and confirm whether potentially destructive changes are intentional. Marking reviewed does not repair the file.
An explainable reportDownload a checked CSV
On Pro or Premium, apply supported corrections and download the checked CSV and reports. Review the final file, then import it into Shopify yourself. Nothing is sent to your store automatically.
A review-ready outputA structured review across the catalog.
Rules cover the file itself and the product decisions represented inside it.

Inventory drops to zero
ImportPeek explains the current value, proposed value, likely consequence, and next review step.
ImportPeek checks the file. It never touches your store.
Shopify credentials are never requested. ImportPeek does not install an app, upload your catalogs, or import a CSV automatically. You remain in control of the final Shopify import.
- Files are parsed locally
- Reports identify known risks
- Catalog files are not stored remotely
- Business correctness still requires your review

How product limits work. Product limits refer to unique product handles. A product with multiple variants still counts as one product.
Capacity limits. All three limits apply to each file: products, CSV rows, and file size. These are upload limits, not a guarantee for every device. Large, high-row-count catalogs may exceed browser memory; split them into smaller files when needed. Maximum-size browser performance is not yet verified.
A trial, not a subscription. 3 completed comparisons within 7 days of your first completed check. No card required; no automatic charge. You can edit your CSV elsewhere and recheck it. Corrected CSV downloads and bulk fixes require a paid plan.
Paid subscriptions renew. Annual plans are billed for the year. Review the total in checkout before paying. Manage renewal in Billing; see cancellations and refunds.
Local history, not cloud backup. Reports are saved in this browser, not backed up to the cloud. Clearing browser data or reaching browser storage limits can remove them. Download important report summaries and keep your original CSV files.
What support covers. Email support covers using ImportPeek and troubleshooting the app. Manual CSV cleanup, catalog consulting, and Shopify store changes are not included. No guaranteed response time.
Review before importing. ImportPeek helps detect CSV import risks; it cannot guarantee a flawless Shopify import. Keep an unchanged export and review warnings before importing.
